Tollendale Village II - Provincial MZO Approval

Tollendale Village II given “Green Light” with Provincial Support

July 31,2019 Minister of Housing, Steve Clark, announced the approval of Tollendale Village’s second campus to be built on Big Bay Point Road in the Town of Innisfil. With this news the second campus can now proceed to completing architectural drawings, producing a site plan and move forward to attaining building permit approvals. The hope is to have construction on the first phase begin sometime in 2022.
